Capitals and Base Sets for Pultruded Columns

Capitals and bases, non-tapered specifically suited for Pultruded Columns.  The cap or Capital on the majority of decorative tapered columns has a smaller diameter than the Base.  Seeing as how Pultruded Columns are Non-Tapered, both the capital and the base have equal sized openings.
