Rigid Arched Mouldings, unlike polyurethane flexible mouldings, are cut from a solid sheet of MDF or PVC.

We use MDF for interior applications and PVC for exterior. These can be more economical than flexible polyurethane but being made of rigid material, are not very forgiving in the field. For large volumes, rigid moulded polyurethane would be the best value. Call us with your measurements for pricing.
