Homes built around the turn of the century used the rich look of stained hardwoods to add architectural detail. Today many of these homes are being lovingly restored to their original glory after years of disrepair and neglect. It is common for us to get requests for stain grade products; with this in mind we offer stain grade columns in our lineup. Round columns come in either a Smooth or Fluted design and many different height and diameters to fit any home or renovation need.
 

Cherry hardwood darkens on the shelf when exposed to both light and or oxygen. That's way it continues to darken even after the stain and finish coat has been applied. For this reason, the stock for Cherry Columns is not milled, shaped or cut before we have an order. It's highly unlikely that anyone would be able to walk through your local lumber yard load one up onto your cart.

Each column is made to order; they are manufactured using precision machinery and are sanded thoroughly before they leave the shop. Finishing of the column is made easy due to our stringent Quality Control process which ensures nothing leaves our plant without first being checked over for damage, discoloration and proper sizing.
