Custom Milled MDF BeadBoard Sheets
Choose from a wide variety of bead types and thickness

Elite Trimworks offers MDF Beadboard Sheets which can be used for Back Splashes, Cabinet Doors, Furniture, Ceilings or Wall Applications. The BeadBoard Sheets can be ordered in panel thickness from 1/8" to 1" thick and the beads can be 1 1/2", 1 19/32", 2" or 3" on center. The grooves can be 3", 4", 6" or 8" on center. You may choose from three bead types and two groove types. The rustic "U" groove is 1/8" wide and 3/32 deep and the Antique "V" Groove is 7/32" wide and 7/64" deep, which gives a "Wide Plank" appearance. Using the predetermined spacing insures that the beads or grooves lineup end to end for seamless wall applications.

Should you decide to use 3/8" thick sheets, with any bead type, they will match perfectly with our BeadBoard Rail Package that includes a pre-milled upper and lower rail, cap and shoe trim for a very rich looking wainscot beadboard application. For those of you considering installing beadboard on an un-even or tiled surface, using this custom made sheet BeadBoard with the rail package will give you stunning results.

Our QuickShip MDF BeadBoard sheets are available pre cut to make shipping easier and more cost effective. All of our 3/16" and 3/8" thick sheets are cross cut (vertically across the bead) from a larger 4'x8' sheet with each newly cut sheet measuring 31" x 48" in total. We stock the "Standard Bead "2" on center cut on 3/8" thick raw MDF, however any thickness, bead or grove type, or spacing is available (minimum order 25 sheets). Needless to say, we can make these sheets in any Oak, Maple, Cherry, Mahogany etc., veneered MDF core, particle core or any board that you like. If full size 4'x8' sheets are required, call us to make special shipping arrangements. At the present time, FedEx or UPS only allows us to send 31"H x 48"W panels. Whole sheets must be sent on a large skid using a Transport Truck which means that there is a higher shipping cost; this type of shipment only makes sense if you plan to order 25 sheets or more. If you have an application where 8' tall material is necessary, you may want to look at our Plank Beadboard options. The planks go together using a Ship Lap joint which means that each plank overlaps the last to create a seamless joint. The planks are available in both Paint Grade and Stain Grade (Oak, Maple and Cherry) materials and have a thickness of 3/8". The planks are ideal for smaller jobs that may not require the use of a full sheet of beadboard but still require the height of a full size sheet.
