Large V-Grooved - MDF Sheet

Large V-Grooved MDF Sheet or Panel, with various spacing.  The Large V-Groove is a bead profile meant to replicate the look of thicker shiplap or tongue & groove planking that are typically from ¾" to 1" thick.  Can be ordered in various widths, lengths and thicknesses. 

These sheets or panels can be used for Walls, Ceilings, Backsplash, or Cabinet applications.  Made with raw MDF, to be finished on site.

The larger V-groove measures approximately 5/16" wide and 5/32" deep, running along the length of the sheet or panel unless specified otherwise.

Panels or planks that are ½" or ⅝" thick feature a shiplap edge, ensuring a seamless joint when multiple boards are installed. For panels ¾" thick or more, tongue-and-groove edges are standard. Panels are 16" wide, making them suitable for direct attachment to wall studs. The design ensures that the joint aligns within the groove, creating an almost seamless appearance (see illustration).

Single planks work well for expansive walls or ceilings up to 50 feet or longer.
