Our Reeded Wainscoting Kit gives you everything needed to finish 8 linear feet of wall in a clean, mid-century style. It’s available in 40" or 60" heights and arrives pre-cut and pre-packaged to make installation simple. Designers and contractors are using Shiplap Reeded Mouldings more than ever, and this kit makes it easy to create that look with a flawless finish.
A Classic Detail, Reborn
Reeding, a signature feature of the 50s and 60s, delivers a modern, textured effect. The mouldings can be used as full wall panels or framed within this kit’s wainscoting system. The crisp, double-primed reeds and shiplap edges help conceal seams and create a smooth, consistent appearance. 
Engineered for Fast, Professional Installation
The kit uses ½" thick primed MDF planks and upgraded rails that improve both performance and appearance. The Bottom Rail is notched so the panels drop in cleanly and create a strong visual base. The Top Rail is also notched, reducing finishing work and producing a neat, professional line. A PVC Cap and Shoe Trim offer impact and moisture resistance, making them ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and high-use areas.
What’s Included
Each 8' kit (95") includes 19 Shiplap Reeded Planks—27 ¼" long for 40" kits or 47 ¼" long for 60" kits—along with Upper and Lower MDF Rails and a PVC Cap and Shoe Trim. The rails and cap add about 12" to the finished height, and the panels can be trimmed on-site to match countertops or other architectural lines. A 40" overall height is recommended, but the system is flexible for custom applications.
