12/20 Tapered PVC Column Wrap

Introducing our 12/20 Square, Smooth Tapered PVC Column with comprehensive specifications to meet your project requirements:

• For columns ranging from 4ft to 8ft tall, the Shaft is expertly crafted from 5/8” or ¾" thick PVC, ensuring strength and stability. For columns over 8 feet tall, we use ¾” thick PVC for enhanced durability.
• The panels feature lock mitre joints, making assembly a breeze. With dimensions of 19 3/4” at the bottom and 11 7/8” at the top, the column's minimum opening measures 10 1/2” square, offering an elegant and tapered design.
• To simplify installation, the shaft is delivered in four flat panels that are easy to cut to your desired size. The package includes PVC adhesive, tape, fastening hardware, mounting cleats, and detailed installation instructions. With just a chop saw and basic carpentry tools, you can easily install the column.
• Caps and bases may occasionally be slightly larger than required. When placing an order for these columns, it is essential to confirm that you possess the necessary tools to adjust their size on-site. Failure to do so may result in the need to fill the gap between the base and the shafts after installation on site.
  
  

This Column Wrap comes with a Georgian Capital and Base (as shown), beautifully adding approximately 4 1/2" to both the top and bottom footprint of the shaft, enhancing its overall grandeur. For spaces with limited room, the optional Box (Craftsman) Cap and Base, both about 3" high, add only 1 ¼” to the shaft thickness, providing an excellent alternative.

• Take advantage of our no-cost option to customize the column to any height you desire by simply ordering the next size up. You need not worry about extreme accuracy, as the capital, which fits over the shaft, can easily add 2” to the column's height.
• Add an exquisite touch to your column with the option to select a Tuscan cap and base set, elevating its elegance even further.
• To accommodate various installation needs, this column can also be ordered as a pilaster to go up against a wall, offered at 60% of the cost of the full column. This ensures versatility in your design and allows for cost-effective solutions.
