16" Recessed Panel, PVC Column Mega Wrap

16" x 16" Large, Square, RECESSED PANELLED, Non-Tapered, PVC Column
This Column Wrap is probably the best value you'll find on the net at any size! -- Our large, Elite series, PVC Column Wraps are quick and easy to install as well as lightweight, strong and paintable. They hold up to warping, shrinkage, decay, insects and they don't need to be painted. Our PVC wraps are made with premium "Free Rise" cellular PVC. The shaft is shipped in several sections to be assembled on site. All you need is some ladders, a chop saw and basic carpentry tools to install.

Specifications
The column shaft is made from 4-- Recessed PVC panels, about 1 ¼" thick with a lock miter joint for easy glue assembly as shown on the drawing. The actual outside dimension of the shaft is 15 ⅞” and the inside dimension is 13 ¾” square.
The 1 ½" thick Contemporary PVC Base adds 3" inches of thickness to the shaft making the overall footprint about 19”.

Our Elite Tall PVC Column Series includes a Georgian Capital which is made from a 3" to 5" PVC Cornice (depending on the height).  Columns over 18 feet come with an astragal to hide the seam of the capital which fits on top of the shaft.

The Premium PVC Base is about 1 ½" thick and ranges from 10" - 16" in height, depending on overall column height (see thumbnail images for sizing specifications).

Columns come with a middle panel divider taped in place to be optionally glued in on-site. Columns over 12 feet tall require the divider to be installed in order to hide the seam in the panelled section.  Comes complete with 6 - 8 oz of PVC adhesive, tape, installation cleats, and instructions.

Options
Columns can also be ordered as a pilaster to go up against a wall, at 60% the cost of the full column.
