8" Classic, Square PVC Column

Introducing our 8" x 8" PVC Square Column Wrap - offering exceptional value online! These wraps are quick and easy to install with basic carpentry tools, thanks to their lightweight, strong, and paintable design.

Crafted from premium "Free Rise" cellular PVC, they resist warping, shrinkage, decay, and insects without needing paint. Shipped in four panels, they're simple to cut to size, and with our efficient production runs, we ensure fast delivery to meet your project deadlines. The shaft is shipped in four easy-to-cut-to-size panels. All you need is a chop saw and basic carpentry tools to install. We make these in large production runs and we ship them out fast.

Specifications
Comes complete with 3 oz of PVC adhesive, tape, installation cleats, mounting hardware and instructions.
The column shaft is made from four ½” thick PVC panels with a lock mitre joint for easy glue assembly.

The actual outside dimensions of the shaft are 7 ⅝” and 6 ⅝” square inside.

The Ultra-smooth Premier Box Capital and Base set are ¾" thick, which adds 1 ½" inches to the shaft's thickness, making the overall footprint 9 ⅛”.  For columns 4 to 6 feet high, both the capital and base are 3 ⅝” high, and for columns 8 feet or higher, the base is 7 ½” tall.

The 4ft column shafts are true 47" and the 8ft column shafts are true 95", which will be 48" / 96" once the Capital has been added.

Options
Our 9ft (Two-Section) columns are made specifically for easy UPS shipping! The column shaft is shipped in two sections ( 8ft + 1ft = 9ft ) that fit together on site.  The 9ft (Two-Section) column always comes with an astragal trim and mounting cleats as shown on the drawing.

Our 10ft (Two-Section) columns are made specifically for easy UPS shipping! The column shaft is shipped in two sections ( 8ft + 2ft = 10ft ) that fit together on site.  The 10ft (Two-Section) column always comes with an astragal trim and mounting cleats as shown on the drawing.
