Faux Barn Wood Ceiling Beam (U-Shaped)

Our Faux Barn-Wood Beams are expertly designed to replicate the look of authentic reclaimed wood at a fraction of the cost. Crafted from lightweight, budget-friendly polyurethane, they’re easy to install and virtually indistinguishable from the real thing. The coarse wood grain continues seamlessly at the joints, creating a natural, authentic finish. They come with a tan, wood-tone primer that accepts Gel Coat readily. 

The sizes shown for our ceiling beams refer to the outside dimensions. Please note that the beam panels are approximately 1” thick, which affects the overall inside measurement. If exact sizing is important for your project, feel free to call us with any questions.

Shipping & Assembly Tips
To reduce shipping costs, we recommend ordering shorter beam sections and joining them onsite. For beams longer than 24 feet, simply connect sections together and conceal the seam with our faux iron strapping for a clean, authentic look.

Custom Sizing Options
We can produce beams in custom sizes and configurations, including the classic “U” shape or “L” shape (perfect for ceiling-to-wall installations).

Shipping & Installation Details
To minimize both shipping costs and potential damage, beams are typically shipped flat in sections. Assembly is available as an option if preferred. MDF mounting brackets for both "U" and "L" configurations are included in the price.
